St. George

This weekend we went down to St. George for a little fun in the sun. Me, Summer, and Chantell headed down on Wednesday and then the guys brought the razrs and came down on friday. We spent about 90% of the time at the pool which Sloane loved. She really had no hesitations towards the water and kept trying to go to the deep end, which definitely kept me on my toes. haha. i don't know why i was thinking i was going to be able to relax? 

We took the kids to see The Secret Life of Pets movie that just came out. Sloane doesn't do well in movies but she absolutely loves dogs so i thought maybe it might keep her interest. She did pretty good and lasted about and hour. After that she was more interested drinking Landen's sprite and talking to the lady next to us haha. 

On Saturday we took the Razrs to Sand Hollow. We found a cute little beach and hung out with the babies while the guys and older kids rode the razrs around. Sloane was loving it at first but after about an hour it started to get so so windy! everything was blowing over, Sloane was having like the worlds biggest meltdown and to be honest it was pretty miserable. i could not get out of there fast enough!

on Sunday we decided to go on a little hike up snow canyon. and by little i mean like literally 10 minutes long haha. it was the perfect length for Sloane, who tends to have a lot of meltdowns these days haha. I would love to go back and a long hike one of these days because it is so pretty there.

Even though we had lots of missed naps and lots of late bedtimes, we had so many laughs and lots of good memories. Sloane loved having some one to play with all the time and loved all the attention of the older kids who were so sweet to her. We love hanging with this crew!
