November 10-18th we went out to Hawaii to visit my sister Mckenzie & her husband Josh who live in Laie. i had never been to any of the Hawaiian islands, so i was so so so excited!
it was so fun spending time with Mckenzie & Josh since we havent lived by them in quite some time.
even though it is such a small island, we still didnt have time to do everything i wanted to. so hopefully we will be back before they move home. as always i took A LOT of pictures.
this is mckenzie & josh's little studio apartment.
it is right on the beach which was super fun.

this was at waimea bay. the waves were SOOO big a few of the days!
a kid that mckenzie and josh knew died surfing, they had a lot of the beaches closed and rescue crews looking for his body for days. so sad!
Waimea Valley.
we ate at this taco place like 3 times!
Hanauma Bay.
we met up with one of our friends Dan one day and went & did some snorkeling at Hanauma Bay.
then they ditched me, and did some golfing at kuhuku golf course on the beach.
one day matt and josh took the air mattress out behind their house, & they got worked! haha i was laughing so hard watching them crash on every wave!
Electric Beach.

one morning we got up super early and went to electric beach.
this was probably one of my favorite things we did.
if you look closely in the pic below you can see the water bubbling.
if you swim out to that spot the water is super like a hot tub! its so warm!
and it was awesome snorkeling! im so mad i didnt bring my camera cuz we saw so many cool fish, turtles, and we even saw sting rays.
Hale'iwa
we went to hale'iwa to do some paddle boarding, and they had a surf competition going on so we decided to stop and watch for a little bit which was fun.
this little kid was so cute!

Valley of the Temples.
if you look closely in the pic below you can see like 10 cats.
their was seriously like a thousand stray cats. no one knows why.. weird!
their was the cutest kitten i wanted to take home tho!
Light House.
i cant remember what this light house is called, but it's where mckenzie and josh got engaged.
so it was fun to hike up to it.
we had such a fun trip and i am so sad its over.
but i was so excited to get home to my bed and my baby scout!
