Thanksgiving 2017

We went down to Newport for Thanksgiving this year and had the best time! We lucked out with the most amazing weather and Sloane literally had the time of her life!! She LOVED the beach and the water! Even though the water was freezing she loved getting in with Matt and splashing in the waves. She also loved the constant attention from all her cousins and aunts and uncles. She was stunned when we got home and she had no one to play with. haha! When we pulled into our garage when we got home she started bawling and said, "NO, beach house!" It went by seriously so fast and its so sad its a whole other year till we go back. 

Halloween 2017

Halloween this year was so much fun!! Sloane has been SO excited about her costume for MONTHS! Literally! When ever someone would ask her what she was going to be for halloween she would say, "a baby deer." We practiced saying, "trick or treat" and "thank you" for weeks, and she would wake up every morning saying, "trick or treat tonight?" The day finally came and I absolutely loved watching her run from house to house and loved listening to her sweet little voice say "trick or treat!" then she would end with a "thank you, your welcome!" haha!! She absolutely loved getting candy and woke up this morning asking for her baby deer costume. haha!

Scout hated her costume so much she wouldn't even walk in it, she would just stand there like a statue haha but Sloane thought it was awesome!
